As part of the role, you will work with business and IT partners across all EMEA countries to support and lead multiple projects within the Marketing Automation space.
Key Responsibilities:
Align with business partners on how we can automate communication for different kind of events
Analyse, test and work with internal teams in setting up transactional emails for different stakeholders
Provide training materials and coordinate trainings for local stakeholders in alignment with digital standards
Explore how we can use AI in Marketing Automation
General business analysis and assessments on future enhancements that we want to introduce in Marketing Automation
Support the Product Manager(s) to explain to the business teams how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint.
Be(come) an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and how the system integrates within the digital landscape.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, IT or other relevant subject areas.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Several years' experience in delivering, and supporting digital solutions.
Profound experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo or any other Marketing Automation solution.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving automation technology.
Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills, including presentation skills.
Enjoy working in a regional and complementary team environment.
Preferred:
Experience in web solutions, web development, business processes and architecture.
Experience in agile delivery and being able to write user stories and test scripts.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Other:
The position is Europe-based and will involve minimal travel (< 10%) across the EMEA region. It is anticipated that the role holder will be based in their current country of residence as long as it is easy to travel to a local J&J office.
