Sr. Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis regarding FP&A function (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, BVAs).

• Work closely to global and local teams, with responsibility over providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions.

• Business partnering for Local and Global Supply Chain leaders, including short and long-term planning and Strategic Business planning and decisions, including investment analysis.

• Independently sees opportunities for process efficiencies, cost improvements, while providing customer value generation.

• Adaptability to different policies and procedures to support the region objectives while being compliant.

• Supports the team on processes optimization within the finance area.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Major in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering

• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.

• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

• Good communication skills

• Desired 3-5 years financial experience

• Fluent/Advanced in English.
