    Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Deliver NA Senior Manager, Portfolio & Strategy, located primarily in Raritan, NJ, with consideration for Jacksonville, FL or Markham, CA.

    As the Sr. Manager, Portfolio & Strategy, you will:

    • Lead the MedTech Deliver NA, Portfolio & Strategy process and team, including the regional Financial Process & CIP process & reporting management

    • Work in close collaboration with the Deliver Segment, enabling the Segment to drive and enhance growth by supporting key portfolio processes and strengthening financial health.

    • Coordinate the team proactive partnership and driving of CIP generation, using FPX methodology as appropriate

    • Lead identification of and development of Strategic Business Processes to accelerate innovation & growth and while simplifying processes.

    • Provide onboarding, direction, support and coaching to assigned direct/ reports and/or functional team members

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    The roles and responsibilities of the Sr. Manager Deliver NA Portfolio & Strategy include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Drive through leadership and process, superior portfolio management through establishing, deploying and improving governance and accountability

    • Develop relationships, influence, and communication with Deliver partners to provide information and insights to enable decisions, approvals and strategic plans

    • Coordinate the portfolio health of Deliver NA projects and provide comprehensive overarching impact assessments, risk mitigation, process adherence, including resource and financial impacts

    • Provides strategic recommendations on trade-offs and opportunities during the financial cycles

    • Develop strategies that will build more agility and flexibility in driving portfolio management responsibilities

    • Provide ongoing coaching, people leadership and development to direct team members

    • Support Deliver Segment in providing information, portfolio health reporting and data analysis as needed and for key governance and collaborator forums

    • Support Team in cost improvement program through reporting and leading conceptualization sessions

    • Ensure interdependencies and risks are accurately highlighted and raised through the proper channels

    • Identify and drive actions to address portfolio issues affecting performance

    • Monitor project pipeline and associated resource impacts/management

    • Liaison between Global PMO & Regional Segment during financial cycles and during Global project intake

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree or focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business preferred

    Required:

    • Minimum of 12 years' experience in a Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain environment

    • Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams

    • Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and influence others in a complex organization

    • Ability to act decisively and manage risks with limited information

    • Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment, work independently, manage complexity, and take ownership for results

    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across primarily Sr. Leader levels, but all levels of the company

    • Proven experience and understanding of Portfolio, cost improvement, and business strategy development opportunities

    Preferred:

    • Experience leading process improvements, business case development and/or change management initiatives and associated governance processes

    • Understanding and demonstrated Lean Six Sigma capabilities

    • Understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end to end)

    • Proven track record of building and developing diverse, high-performing teams

    • Financial acuity

    • Experience with data analytics and associated tools

    • Experience with Planisware
