Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently seeking a Co-Op to join the SourceView SEA Team within the TECA organization in West Chester, PA.
The Innovation and Strategy team develops and deploys strategies with the respective Orthopaedic Divisions Organization. This includes Trauma/CMF, Spine, Sports, and Total Joints. The team supports Field Sales Management in preparing reports for efficient inventory turns, pay plans, and strategy to achieve growth. This role is the liaison between the team that supports Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain relative to end-to-end efficient order/purchase order management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales Support (FSS) to recommend sales growth objectives through ensuring that field assets are deployed to the appropriate targets.
Recommend strategy for deploying new assets, exchanging expiring equipment, and providing valuable sales data to optimize inventory.
Liaison with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to efficiently forecast and execute annual base business budget.
Assist in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) launches and new set deployments to field sales.
Provide support to FSS; learn sales systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end sales process.
Assist FSS with development of sophisticated analytics and insights to sales leadership.
Requirements:
Education Requirement:
Currently enrolled in a BA/BS Program at accredited school

Additional Requirements:
Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
Currently enrolled pursuing a BS or BA, with an expected graduation of December 2025 - 2026
You should have a cumulative 2.8 GPA
Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) for a six-month duration
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
Responsible for transportation between home and work office location
