    Position: Strategy & Network Innovation Lead

    Reporting to: Head of Strategy & Business Model Innovation

    Location: UK (or Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy)

    Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Strategy & Network Innovation Lead, Vision EMEA, located in UK, Ireland or other EU location.

    In this exciting role, you will be responsible for working across all disciplines within the Deliver EMEA (Vision) organisation supporting the Head of Strategy and Business Model Innovation in the orchestration of Deliver operational performance, capacity expansion assessment & planning, cost to serve modelling and continuous productivity improvement programs in addition to the building of and continuous validation of network roadmaps.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively participating in infrastructure workshops to support On-time in full delivery performance, cost performance excellence underpinning our commitment to Customer Excellence.

    • Supporting Head of Strategy in building out project scope and business case documents for wider communication and alignment across the business.

    • Driving elements of the monthly performance review cadence across the region.

    • Productivity office and continuous improvement project management.

    • Assessment of the business model and ideation for optimisation of the network.

    • Capacity assessment of our Distribution Centre portfolio, ensuring right size operations and capabilities are employed throughout the region.

    • Leadership of the Cost-to-Deliver Model, enabling cost and profitability comparisons, refreshing the cost to serve models, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting benchmarking analyses.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • BA/BS required (Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred)

    • MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management preferred

    • MBA desirable

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone who either has previous proven experience in an operational role and/or for someone with an analytical mind and keen interest in statistics and data.

    • Excellent analytical skills

    • Advanced Excel

    • Data Gathering & Process: Alteryx, SQL/Python

    • Data Visualization - Tableau/Power BI

    • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills

    • Ability to coordinate and organise multiple tasks and projects successfully

    • Strong people skills and the ability to influence others

    • Self-motivated with a dedicated approach to managing priorities and forward planning

    • Focused on Delivering results

    • Liaise professionally and effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation

    • Able to work flexibly with excellent accuracy and attention to details

    • Cost/Financial modelling

    Preferred:

    • Complex Supply Chain or Operational Experience with cross functional teams preferred

    • Experience of running a budget

    Other:

    • Fluent in English - essential, additional European languages - desirable.

    • 10% Travel.
