    The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible to coach and manage their team of Warehouse Operators (15-25) and Operations Supports to achieve best-in-class performance in a Safe and Compliant environment.

    To ensure the perfect order experience for our patients and customers, we expect our Supervisors to:

    • build and coach your team to achieve our short term goals

    • develop team members to ensure future readiness to support new product introductions, ERP enhancements/upgrades, digitalization, automation, ....

    • sustain and improve our Safety track record

    • focus on our Quality and Compliance attitude

    • stimulate a culture of continuous improvement, by challenging the status quo.

    • enable teamwork and collaboration by building bridges between shifts and departments

    • support projects and initiatives as representative of the DC Beerse Operations team

    Qualifications

    • You are strongly interested in leading and growing a team in an Operational environment

    • Proven experience working in regulated environments (GMP, GDP, GTP, ...) and strong focus on Safety and Quality is preferred

    • You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment within a global organization

    • You see the bigger picture and are able to collaborate across departments and teams

    • You communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

    • You challenge the status quo and stimulate people to focus on continuous improvement

    • A first experience as a people leader is a plus

    • Demonstrated experience in applying lean or six sigma tools is a plus

    • Fluent in Dutch
