uring adherence to the processes. With experience in Demand Planning, this individual leads and coordinates Integrated Business Planning, working cross-functionally with Commercial and Finance Teams. This individual is a member of the Emerging Markets RD&S Leadership Team and NEMA Leadership Team.
This individual will work in a highly dynamic and international environment with multiple connections within and outside the geography and across different levels of management with high exposure.
Major Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for the NEMA Commercial organization for all Supply Chain topics.
Responsible for In-market Demand Planning Process, supporting the IBP process, orchestrating the Consensus demand meeting, reviewing the Tender Scenarios Planning & New Product Launch forecasts with Finance and Commercial
Accountable for Supply Network Planning, monitoring demand coverage and performing proper upstream communication to eliminate risk of stockout, ensuring inventory distribution as per market needs and net requirements propagation.
Responsible for E2E supply chain Orchestration, balancing Commercial and Supply Chain risks and opportunities from both cost and process perspective, acting as an effective liaison between upstream Supply Chain and market Commercial teams
Plays a critical role in increasing IBP maturity - ensuring adherence to the drumbeat, engagement of all critical stakeholders and delivering value for the business and the customers
Accountable for the performance of NEMA region and for the Supply Chain important metrics
Achieving excellent customer service by ensuring visibility across the supply chain and proactive problem-solving and communication
Understands evolving customer requirements and translate them into process improvements and valuable services for our customers
Plays a central role in customer management during supply issues, ensuring timely communication. Ensures the team gathers the necessary inputs from the market, assigns the necessary priorities and links with Global Planning to translate this information into an allocation plan.
Drives improvements in Demand Planning through segmentation
Works closely with RA, QA & Business Excellence teams for any critical issues and for portfolio management actions.
Owns the talent development agenda, build a high performing team and create right opportunities to develop your team of supply chain professionals.

Qualifications
Qualifications and key competencies:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preference for business or supply chain)
10 years' experience in a complex Supply Chain environment and a proven leadership track record, including experience in IBP process
Experience in ERP (SAP preferred) and Advanced Planning Systems (Anaplan & OMP preferred)
Experience in managing commercial stakeholders in an international environment is desirable
Experience in healthcare / regulatory dependent sector is desirable.
Project management skills, with the ability to inspire change and influence decision-making through multiple levels (middle to senior management) of the organization is a plus
Proven track record of challenging the "status-quo", visualizing potential opportunities and implementing actions to build value
Driving end-to-end business improvements with measurable results: financial, quality and cycle time
Understanding the linkages in supply chain from demand planning through delivery to customer
Building interdependent partnerships to optimize value proposition with limited authority
Leading high performing cross functional teams and successfully manage in a matrix organization
Creating and sustaining a culture of quality and compliance that encourages open communication, reporting noncompliant actions, taking corrective action and holding self / others accountable
