This position is responsible for Supply & Inventory management in Vision Care. Main responsibility of this position is to ensure product availability and customer service by optimizing inventory management and supply planning, risk analysis, taking active role on postponement planning process
RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimize supply replenishment plan and inventory level by reviewing system setting parameters
Ensure supply meets the latest market demand
Manage back order to communicate with internal/external customer
Prioritize inbound shipment and repackaging/relabeling in postponement center
Participate in supply plans and strategies for NPI and Phase in & out with local stakeholders
Manage product code in the system and set up new product code for NPI
Manage packaging material; Label, IFU, shrink wrap & product carton for repackaging
Build effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers as well as internal/external customer groups
Develop reports to keep service managements aware of potential trends, shortage, back order and status of service parts as required
Maintain sound KPIs related to inventory performance and service level (OTIF-D, Inventory DOS, SLOB)
SLOB & write off management : Pre-alert potential slob to stakeholders to minimize
Work on continuous improvement opportunities in all areas of operational responsibility
Initiate cost reduction actions in raw material management
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree or above
High level of English proficiency.(Writing & Oral)
8 years of Supply Chain planning experience.
Organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analysis, problem solving and project management skill.
Learning agility and resiliance, passion and potential to growth
Proactive, Positive & innovative mindset
Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and commitment to absolute performance and growth
MS Office skills ( Excel & PPT) proficiency
