    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced MarTech professional to lead the implementation of marketing technology initiatives within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning digital marketing strategies with organizational goals, managing campaigns, implementing marketing automation, coordinating digital content production, ensuring compliance with data usage policies and governance, and serving as an advocate for MarTech among internal teams. The Technical Product Manager will implement and maintain governance policies for the use of MarTech tools, ensuring that all practices comply with data protection regulations and industry best practices. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring adherence to processes and guidelines for technology use, including data management, information security, and interdepartmental collaboration, while promoting awareness of governance among involved teams, ensuring that all stakeholders understand their responsibilities and the importance of governance in maximizing the value of MarTech initiatives.

    Key Role's Responsibilities:

    • Define the MarTech product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

    • Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including performance reporting.

    • Implement marketing automation workflows and personalized campaigns.

    • Develop lead collection and qualification processes and ensure their integration with CRM.

    • Establish data usage and security policies, creating workflows for campaign approvals.

    • Empower internal leaders to serve as MarTech ambassadors and communicate its impact.

    • Manage relationships with technical partners, clarifying roles between internal teams and suppliers to enable product scalability.

    • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and develop clear specifications.

    • Create and maintain a product roadmap and manage the product backlog for development teams, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to help refine the product strategy.

    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to ensure a user-friendly product experience.

    • Lead the product squad, working closely with engineering teams to understand the feasibility and technical implications of product features. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while assisting in resolving any technical challenges that may arise during development to ensure a smooth workflow and successful product delivery, and advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the product team.

    • Plan and coordinate product launches, collaborating with business partners to ensure successful communication and promotion of new features, monitor the launch process, gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) while communicating milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

    • Prepare business cases for new features supported by expected value realization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.

    • 5+ years of experience in MarTech or Digital Strategies.

    • 3+ years of experience in Product Management and agile development methodologies.

    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.

    • Experience with CRM/CDP platforms is a plus.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

    • Deep knowledge of product management best practices.

    • Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions, even when not all information is available.

    • Familiarity with business operations, use cases, challenges, and industry standards.

    • Fluency in English and Portuguese (Brazil) is required; proficiency in Spanish is appreciated.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory; Spanish proficiency is recommended.

    • Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and facilitate teamwork across various functions.

    • Strong experience in cross-functional product management, demonstrating the ability to align strategies with key partners across functions.

    • Prior experience in building business cases for new products.

    Location: São Paulo or São José dos Campos
