    Territory Manager Surgery

    Location: Klaipeda as preferred (or Kaunas), Lithuania

    Contract: full time

    Purpose:

    The main responsibility of a Territory Manager is to sell and promote Johnson & Johnson products, educate customers in a professional manner, develop business with the existing customers and acquire new customers. Achievement of sales results is based on the company ethics and policy. The expected sales level is indicated in a plan presented to Territory Manager at the beginning of the year.

    You will be responsible for:

    Achieving expected business results within the managed territory

    Sell Johnson & Johnson products and services to achieve volumes specified in Territory Manager Sales Plan Achieve other business ratios, as required and indicated by the company management Identify tenders announced in his/her territory (depending on department) Prepare tender bids in procedures based on the Public Procurement Act or enter contracts in accordance with the management-recommended sales strategy Prepare requests regarding business activities and co-ordinate the flow of sales activity related documentation to Sales Department

    Territory management

    Planning

    Implement the territory's sales plan taking account of customers' potential

    Monitor and enforce the performance of tender contracts in his/her territory

    Carry out and co-ordinate marketing campaigns in his/her territory

    Effectively allocate time among key customers

    Make written daily agendas

    Manage time effectively

    Read incoming e-mails daily

    Competition

    Watch and report on actions taken by competitors, with respect to key customers

    Possess and improve knowledge about competitive products

    Customers

    Identify customers and implement action plans worked out jointly with the supervisor

    Visit customers to keep them informed about the current product line, present new products and ensure the closure of sales cycles

    Build and maintain close and professional contacts with all customer groups

    Create and participate in customer training process (attend workshops and seminars organized by the company)

    Regularly conduct training and seminars for customers (product users) with respect to product indications, contraindications and the manner of administration

    Participate in medical procedures with the use of J&J products as technical support for customers (depending on department)

    Participate in selected conferences/congresses, as agreed with the management, to provide service to the company's promotion stand

    Co-ordinate activities of fixed equipment servicing (identify customer expectations in that respect; facilitate communication between customers and Servicing Department- depending on department)

    Administration and reporting

    Maintain and regularly update hospital and customer database with the use of a computer program appropriate for the department

    Timely supply reports and papers required by the management

    Observe the time limits and timely arrive at organized meetings

    Having and improving knowledge about:

    Products:

    • be familiar with the existing and newly launched medical products and procedures

    • be familiar with valuation of medical procedures and expertise required to present the correct application of products

    • be familiar with adequate specialist medical literature

    • be familiar with competitive products.

    Business:

    • Know and be able to apply the Public Procurement Act

    • Understand the required external and internal business processes

    • Know the structure and functioning of regional Johnson & Johnson

    Sales skills Ability to use sales techniques:

    • Understand and be able to use the "Integrity Selling" technique

    • Apply professional and effective sales techniques leading to the sale of J&J products

    Pharmacovigilance

    • Supports activities related to PV and GDP of medicinal products being in product portfolio of J&J MD

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • University degree
    • 3 years of successful experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical promotion required
    • Strong interpersonal communication & influencing skills
    • Selling and Presentation skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands on and stress resistant
    • Ability to build positive relationships
    • Strong passion to improve patients' lives and make things happen
    • Fluent in Lithuanian & English
