    Position summary

    inderCare is on a rapid growth journey that is fueled in part by our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) expansion team. Joining our M&A team means being directly responsible for the financial analysis of one of the most important strategic growth programs for the company. As a member of the team, the M&A Analyst will assist during the entire life cycle from acquisition pipeline, evaluation, investment recommendations, and execution of a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

    This is truly a unique team that combines sophisticated financial analysis and heavy relationship management with brokers, sellers, and business owners. Additionally, significant and regular interactions with the senior leadership team to present financial cases sets this position apart.

    Are you a Financial Analyst that thrives in profitability modeling, cash flow analysis, business investment metrics, and optimally managing both internal and external partner relationships? Then this could be the ideal position for you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Support acquisition leads with initial phases of financial analysis, including but not limited to: demographic evaluation, profitability modeling, and risk assessment

    • Create demographic summaries and initial financial cases to support investment recommendations

    • Build and maintain a network of third-party brokers and market contacts to generate and cultivate acquisition opportunities.

    • Collaborate with internal geospatial resources to identify target markets and asset opportunities. No advanced GIS experience is required, but an interest in data-driven decision-making is key.

    • Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline, ensuring up-to-date tracking of potential deals and facilitating smooth handoffs to senior dealmakers.

    • Assist in the execution of outbound marketing strategies aimed at potential acquisition targets and market partners.

    • Help build, refine, and manage internal processes to ensure efficient deal sourcing, evaluation, and tracking.

    • Support the tracking of key success metrics and provide regular reporting on outreach effectiveness and pipeline health.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, or related field required

    • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, acquisitions, real estate or business development role; proficiency in Microsoft Office required

    • Experience in applying qualitative data to inform analytical positions

    • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to effectively manage several projects at once, maintaining accuracy and speed

    • Positive demeanor and drive to prioritize projects

    • Effective collaborator and ability to establish rapport with colleagues at all levels

    • Self-starter with team-oriented approach

    • Experience or familiarity with geospatial tools (SiteWise) is a plus, but not required
