he Center Operations team develops and implements a clear seasonal approach that drives the business forward through tools, resources, communication, and initiatives.
As part of the Center Operations team, the Principal Strategy Program Manager uses critical thinking, organization, and a collaborative approach to build and manage a new margin improvement program. This detail-oriented person develops standards and guidance to engage field leaders to drive optimal results and meet program goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the creation and governance of a new margin improvement program in child development centers across the country
Measure and analyze program results. Develop and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Deliver verbal and written executive communications and presentations conveying complex information clearly and concisely
Invest in relationships with field leaders to influence behavior change and gain adoption of key initiatives and standards
Visit centers across the country - 25% - 50% travel to support all KinderCare Learning Center brands to observe, test ideas, and use learnings to inform operational guidance
Qualifications:
4-year degree preferred or 5 years of collective experience
Multi-unit management experience in for-profit early childhood education
Ability to work with people in a positive and professional manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized and meticulous, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Ability to influence change and engage teams to meet goals
Experience in leading projects from initiation to completion
Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate program success
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI)
