This role directly supports connecting the dots of what is happening across KinderCare and how it can strategically and tactically relate to the Growth organization and how that translates to support of our field-based employees in building Confidence for Life in the children we care for every day.

Qualifications:
Proven experience working in a strategic HRBP capacity in a multi-site environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven agility when working in fast-paced environments and with ambiguity
Successful experience leading/influencing organizational change
A strong business sense with extensive knowledge of the business/market trends, competition, company policies/procedures and the ability to be a culture keeper
Proven strategic agility and thinking, knowing how the organization can perform and win, can initiate and operationalize competitive HR strategies and plans linked to the business strategy
Ability to build partnerships with leaders at all levels and excellent customer focus
Strong conflict resolution, influencing and partner management skills
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, follow-through, and plan ahead
Excellent interpersonal skills
