he Government Funding Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting small to large projects within Government Funding with a strong focus on developing, improving, and maintaining tools, resources, and data for government and quality incentive programs. This person will work cross-functionally with many teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Obtains and reviews government funded programs contracts; ensure updates to program requirements are gathered and communicated
Gathers quality incentive program requirements and ensures updates are collected and communicated
Creates and maintains tools/resources to support programs and related processes
Supports implementation of programs, including communication and roll out plans
Builds effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations, business partners, and government agencies
Assists with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
At least one or more years' experience with early childhood education grant funding
Strong computer skills covering general office software, including MS Office; with strong Excel skills
Ability to drive and adapt to change and prioritize work
Customer service, conflict resolution, and collaboration experience
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Effective personal organization and time management skills
Demonstrated skills in learning agility
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
