Sr. Government Funding Program Coordinator - Remote Opportunity!

he Government Funding Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting small to large projects within Government Funding with a strong focus on developing, improving, and maintaining tools, resources, and data for government and quality incentive programs. This person will work cross-functionally with many teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Obtains and reviews government funded programs contracts; ensure updates to program requirements are gathered and communicated

• Gathers quality incentive program requirements and ensures updates are collected and communicated

• Creates and maintains tools/resources to support programs and related processes

• Supports implementation of programs, including communication and roll out plans

• Builds effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations, business partners, and government agencies

• Assists with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• At least one or more years' experience with early childhood education grant funding

• Strong computer skills covering general office software, including MS Office; with strong Excel skills

• Ability to drive and adapt to change and prioritize work

• Customer service, conflict resolution, and collaboration experience

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Effective personal organization and time management skills

• Demonstrated skills in learning agility

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
