    Position summary

Focused on helping individuals do their best work every day, the Talent Investment and Culture team creates and delivers programs and content to engage and develop employees. We partner with the business to identify learning opportunities and use metrics to ensure we meet the demands of a thriving organization. Impact is everything.     As a Talent Investment and Culture Representative, you'll support new and ongoing programs and projects, deliver exemplary employee experiences (both virtual and in-person), influence program outcomes, and support organizational change as part of the hard-working Talent Investment & Culture Team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and lead end-to-end employee onboarding programs; including scheduling, facilitation, cross-functional collaboration, and updating onboarding content and automation processes.
    • Develop, lead, and maintain project plans, including scheduling rehearsals, facilitating meetings, managing breakthroughs, and reporting progress.
    • Support the implementation of learning and development programs, including facilitation, research, scheduling, and staffing for employee events.
    • Research, edit, review, and finalize presentations, e-learnings, and other resources to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
    • Assess processes through benchmarking and surveys, providing recommendations for improvements to programs and workflows.
    • Sustain training programs and initiatives to ensure long-term effectiveness and relevance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a liaison to troubleshoot roadblocks, and provide and request support as needed.
    • Prioritize tasks, meet expectations, communicate effectively, and remain open to giving and receiving feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • Over 2 years of experience managing programs, including scheduling, calendar invites, achievement tracking, and prioritizing (virtual/in-person) events and logistics. Meeting facilitation experience is a plus.

    • Strong planning and organizational abilities to balance multiple projects and timelines, with a proactive approach to improving processes.

    • Keen attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to creating outstanding experiences for employees across all brands, levels, and departments.

    • Skilled in MS Office Suite, with additional experience in surveys/metrics, creative software, or learning software (LMS) as a plus.
