s a Training Content Developer, you'll author and build innovative and inclusive professional development for teachers across all KinderCare Learning Center brands. This role is a key member of the Resource & Educator Development team and works collaboratively within the larger Education team and across other departments to develop high-quality, impactful learning experiences for teachers of children birth to 12.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Instructional Design, or a directly related field; Master's degree preferred.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills with self-editing ability.
Ability to work independently on assigned projects from concept to implementation, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with broader goals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple details, timelines, and dependencies without losing sight of the big picture.
Teaching experience in group care or classroom settings along with strong expertise in adult learning principles and training design.
Experience or willingness to learn various delivery methods and technology platforms for digital content delivery.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to, and understanding of, the varied needs, ages, abilities, and backgrounds of the children and families we serve.
Growth mindset with the ability to accept feedback and pursue personal and professional goals.
Proactive, taking initiative and ownership of work with a bias for action and curiosity to learn.
Experience with Articulate Storyline, preferred.
