with the review of Industrial Equipment (CTO) contracts and/or
terms and conditions to streamline the review process with the goal of attaining orders growth
and increase the revenue per head.
• Responsible for thoroughly reviewing and submitting all order entries from the CTO outside
sales consultants. The goal is to have clean and executable orders entered, so that order entry
personnel and project managers can clearly and efficiently deliver the products sold. The result
is to improve upon errors & omissions which will lead to higher profitability. The goal is to
improve upon Customer Satisfaction, which will lead to customer retention and future growth.
• Provide monthly update for the Five Star Awards.
• Responsible for entering orders into the master spreadsheet for CMAA, commissions, etc.
• Assist Area VPs with the monthly manager's rush report and forecasting.
• Hold front line sales consultants accountable with accurate order entry. All sales consultants are
required to provide all documents with each order. This includes but not limited to the four-
folder zip file which includes all main documents, estimates, drawings, and any miscellaneous
information, such as site condition photos, special requirements, etc. All files and folders must
be named properly with each order submitted. Ensure that the Crane Inquiry sheet is thoroughly
completed by the sales consultants for the Sales Support representatives.
• Assist with the review of certain job specifications and offer support in negotiating specifications
and T&Cs, where required. Help sales consultants to clearly define that the customer's needs
align with our best offering.
• Develop and mentor the existing sales resources to build technical knowledge. Help them
become the technical sales consultants to our customers.
• Participation in monthly management meetings to review status of the business. Specific areas
of concern may be addressed for evaluation and some preparation and study may be required.
• You will be part of the Inside Sales Support Management staff and will be required to work as a
team to further improve and develop this support team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Must have a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Good verbal, written communication skills, as well good computer skills are required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• A 4-year degree and past work experience with industrial related sales.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to travel internationally, locally and outside the service area for operational requirements
& training when necessary.
• 30% Travel required.
