• At least 3+ years' experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.

• A+, N+, CDIA, MCP, MCSE, project management certifications

• Time managements and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Excellent customer relation skills

• Teamwork; must work well with sales

• Desire to learn while maintaining industry certifications

• Demonstrated ability to motivate, teach and train co-workers
