How You'll Contribute:
Work with CRM Team to provide day to day technical support
Assist in end user training
Assist in requirements gathering and writing of technical specifications

Assist in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and creation of test scripts
Analyze and document processes and procedure
Qualifications
Rising Junior or Rising Senior
Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
An active interest in a career in IT and enthusiasm to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of team
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Work closely with the Salesforce/SAP CRM support team to support Sales/Marketing users
Provide technical support and problem resolution
