Responsibilities
Essential Position Functions:
Ability to fully understand a document capture project using analysis, planning and strong management skills to implement and complete on time, and within budget
Ability to understand and write the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of scanning projects from start to finish
Ability to travel to short-term onsite client projects, both locally or within the U.S
Ability to work with a wide level of client personnel, such as Project and IT points of contact
Ability to work with a wide level of IIM personnel - Sales, Account Managers, Professional Services, etc.
Responsible for creating the project Statement of Work (SOW)
Responsible for providing project estimates based on the scope of work and volumes
Ability to communicate both written and verbal reports and updates on projects
Ability to learn new software programs and use them in appropriate situations
Provide budget and project tracking with the various MS Office products including MS Excel and Project
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
Willingness to "pitch in" on various tasks, as needed
Ability to manage both IIM BPO personnel, as well as temporary staff
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to provide support and knowledge expertise on new opportunities, new projects, and assigned projects
Ability to keep all levels of management, sales and marketing, and finance/accounting updated with accurate and timely project status and tracking
Work closely with Clients to include face-to-face meetings, regular telephone contact and continuous reporting and updating on project status
Act as the liaison between IIM BPO staff and Clients on on-site work
Assist Technical Director with daily supervision of project and personnel
Ability to perform routine drop-offs/pickups of boxes of client documents
Ability to quality check work progress and output
Be responsible for output of the assigned team
Ability to assist/perform job setup and breakdown
Ability to plan paper capture solutions and recognize bottle-necks/breakpoints in the process
Ability to fully document project through SOP's, workflow diagrams, station instructions, and after project review
Relay critical information in a timely manner to the Technical Director; to include:
Customer concerns
Equipment breakdown/failures
Software failures
Personnel Issues
Ability to train assigned personnel in new processes, software, and hardware
Responsibility for project logistics to include chain of custody, inventory, tracking, requests, and exception handling
Attention to detail and focused on quality output
Authority
Oversee many activities for IIM BPO including scheduling and prioritizing group activities
Advise IIM BPO personnel
Coordinate activities with IIM BPO and other KMBS groups
Provide technical leadership to IIM BPO
Qualifications
Education Requirements
Four- year college degree or satisfactory completion of a business or project management curriculum from an accredited school is highly desirable
Experience Requirements
Mid-level position with 4 years of business experience or 4 years of related hardware/software applications used within KMBS IIM BPO
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Understanding of document capture methods and software; specifically Kofax Capture is desired
Unparalleled attention to detail and quality

Ability to manage hourly workers
