• Tracks proposal development status across the program to provide surge support when needed and recommends remediation actions to ensure timely, compliant, and compelling responses.
• Provides oversight of proposal process including subcontractor contributions.
• Effectively communicates with technical leads on team to ensure on time and complete proposal submissions.
• Identifies, sources, and incorporates process improvements.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
• BA/BS plus 8 years of relevant experience or master's degree with 6 years of experience.
• Experience with proposal writing or proposal management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and applying proposal management tools including but not limited to the following: proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, kick-off, BAR reviews.
• Possess strong time management and prioritization skills, strong English language skills, excellent attention to detail, and good judgement in decision-making.
• Experience with horizontal influencing and coaching and/or mentoring content leads.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and interact effectively with other leaders.
Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with FAR based acquisition requirements and processes.
• Relevant experience outside of proposal management (e.g., project management, capture management, account management)
• Experience supporting NASA customers.
• Experience managing a matrixed team of diverse individuals with various skills.

Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
