Enhance mission planning and execution through the synchronization of C2 architectures to generate precise, timely, and actionable COP data
Conduct COP Manager duties in support of MAGTF Crisis Response Activities.
Assist units with integrating C2 systems and stimulating those systems at unit command operations centers - including the MARCENT, DJC2 and other USMC units that flow into theater.
Monitor C2 system performance with "End to End" C2 mission support and Integration.
Ensure monthly security patches and updates are applied to Operations Department PoR C2 systems in compliance with PoR guidance, POA&Ms, and DoD STIGs to support IA/Cybersecurity requirements.
Maintain system availability by performing VM backups using ESXi snapshots and exporting OVFs to shared/local storage for recovery and redundancy.
Additional duties:
Perform Systems Administration for the Tactical COP Server (TCS) /Global Command and Control System (GCCS) & Joint Tactical COP Workstation (JTCW)
Perform Systems Administration support for the JADOCS Server & AFATDS
Ability to plan, administer and coordinate the usage of SHOUT NANO & DTCS devices between the Mission Management Center (MMC) & G6 for ingestion into the COP/CTP.
Provide Tier 1/2 support for COP related issues and liaise with G-6 for additional technical support.
Review all program documentation for compliance with system configuration management policies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 4+ years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 8+ years of military or technology related experience.
Active DoD Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
Active DoDM 8140.03 certifications (Security+ or higher).
Working knowledge of VMWare, Red hat 8, Windows 10 / Windows Server 2019
Familiarity with key C2 systems: GCCS, TCS, JTCW, Agile Client, C2PC, JADOCS, AFATDS.
Understanding of Friendly Force Tracking (FFT) devices and their role in COP integration
Willingness and capability to work in overseas and austere Middle Eastern environments
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military experience serving as a COP Manager ( highly desired ).
Proven background in Command and Control (C2) system operations.
Experience with advanced platforms such as Palantir Gotham/Foundry and Project MAVEN.
IT certifications in Linux, Windows, and/or VMware.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
