    Position summary

    with facility maintenance tasks including: - Troubleshooting and repairing minor structural and fixture issues. - Repairing or replacing loose carpet tiles, floor tiles, and damaged furniture. - Sealing leaks and performing waterproofing repairs. - Maintaining and replacing glass panels and resolving seal failures.

    • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

    • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and departments to ensure functional and safe work environments.

    • Maintain tools and materials in good condition and ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.

    • Follow all safety protocols and building codes.

    Basic Qualifications

    • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • 2-4 years of prior relevant experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field.

    • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and standard facilities maintenance procedures.

    • Familiarity with space planning, vendor coordination, and daily facilities operations.

    • Proficiency in using standard office and facilities management software.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    • Ability to interpret and follow building codes and safety regulations.

    • Effective communication skills to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.

    • 4+ years of facilities management experience, including oversight of office space planning, maintenance programs, and vendor management.

    • Experience managing construction or renovation projects and lease administration.

    • Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., FMP, CFM, or IFMA credentials).

    • Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and project scheduling tools.

    • Familiarity with energy efficiency practices and sustainability standards.

    • Experience with facility operations in a multi-site or corporate environment.

    • Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
