    Position summary

    The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a CI/HUMINT Source Manager to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the INDOPACOM J2 JIOC mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

    CI/HUMINT Source Manager Responsibilities:

    • Manage the USINDOPACOM Theater CI and HUMINT Source database.

    • Serve as an alternate advisor and representative for USINDOPACOM Source Management executive functions.

    • Conduct source record, folder, and user account administration in the DoD source management database of record.

    • Assist the J2X Theater Source Manager and other source managers with all aspects of source management, including timely source record de-confliction and conflict resolution.

    • Facilitate communication among local and enterprise source managers regarding record transfer and joint use, including importing/exporting records and recording joint use agreements.

    • Support USINDOPACOM Theater component source managers and advocating for their source management requirements, including source validation and risk management.

    Clearance Required:

    • Current TS/SCI Clearance.

    Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

    • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

    • Experience with CI and HUMINT source management or related intelligence operations.

    • Familiarity with DoD or USINDOPACOM source management databases and procedures.

    • Ability to administer user accounts, records, and folders in a secure database environment.

    • Strong communication and coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders and source managers.

    • Experience supporting source validation, risk management, and conflict resolution processes.

    Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

    • Advanced degree in Intelligence, Security Studies, or a related field.

    • Prior experience supporting USINDOPACOM, DoD, or Joint/Combined intelligence operations.

    • Demonstrated ability to resolve source record conflicts and facilitate joint use agreements.

    • Experience coordinating with multiple intelligence components and stakeholders.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
