• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly

• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to cleanliness and hygiene standards

Basic Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or a related field

• Working knowledge of basic building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

• Ability to perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs

• Familiarity with safety standards and building codes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Effective communication skills for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and contractors

• Ability to work both independently and under moderate supervision

• Help train other employees when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, office space planning, or vendor/contract management

• Experience with project planning and scheduling tools or software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, CAFM)

• Understanding of contract negotiation and vendor relationship management

• Experience with space utilization planning and long-range office space strategy

• Knowledge of budgeting and cost-control practices related to facility operations

• Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy efficiency in facility management

• Certification in facility-related fields (e.g., FMP - Facility Management Professional, OSHA, LEED, HVAC certification)

• Demonstrated ability to support construction or remodeling projects from inception to completion

Pay Range:
Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
