    The Defense sector at Leidos is seeking a Cyber Integrator/Operator to work closely with the government customer, Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS). The position will assist with cyber analysis activities, documentation submittal reviews and help coordinate and support PEO MS with the activities of Leidos' Cyber Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) department. Our CEMA focus combines traditional penetration testing/risk analysis of systems on the tactical edge with software solutions to detect and defend those systems from cyber and electromagnetic attacks. This full-time position will be a member of the CEMA department, primarily located in Research Park in Huntsville, AL. The position's day-to-day reporting location will be at the PEO MS customer site located on Redstone Arsenal.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Coordinate Security Requirements to comply with Relevant Regulations, Policies and Standards corresponding to activities performed by a System Authorization and Compliance Officer (SACO)

    • Review for compliance; submitted Program Procedures and Policy documentation

    • Assist with documentation such as staffing of Policies, RMF/Cyber Policies and Authorizations

    • Assist with scheduling and coordination of Cyber Meetings

    • Assist with updating and maintaining the Master Schedule for Cybersecurity Integration activities

    • Assess Cyber Applications for applicability to the Program Office

    • Develop training materials for Cyber Applications

    • Assist with the handling of Incident Response activities (spillage processes etc.)

    • Support Cybersecurity Subject Matter Experts (SME)

    • Support Strategic Cybersecurity Program SME

    • Assist with the coordination of and processing of Cyber IT Purchases

    This position will provide backup support for existing Leidos personnel stationed on premises and as well as receiving support from the main CEMA staff.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field (MIS, Cyber, Computer Science) and 8+ years of prior relevant experience in classified information technology or cyber security.

    • A firm understanding of information assurance compliance for DoD programs.

    • Familiarity with typical cyber compliance package artifacts and the submittal process associated.

    • Functional knowledge of DoD cyber requirement guidelines such as NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, CMMC, and DoDD 8140 and / or similar.

    • Ability to multi-task between incoming tasks, meetings, requirements, and coordinate those to the workforce as well as articulate responses and support.

    • Secret clearance required to start, must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience with branches of the military or Department of Defense (DoD) is a plus to accelerate interpretation of needs and communication.

    • Knowledge of industrial security and document control.

    • Relevant cyber certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CASP is a plus.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
