Team Management: Guide a team of geographically dispersed professionals across multiple countries and languages-empowering them to succeed.
Collaboration & Talent Support: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and enhance recruitment practices.
Financial Stewardship: Assist in budget oversight, expense tracking, and financial forecasting in coordination with finance teams.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to elevate service delivery, operational workflows, and customer engagement.
Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong partnerships with government clients through responsive communication and solution-oriented service.
Strategic Growth: Support business development by identifying on-contract growth opportunities and reinforcing program value.
Networking: Build relationships with HR professionals, academic institutions, and other strategic partners.
Required Qualifications
Active and in-scope TS/SCI with Polygraph is a must for consideration.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field and 8+ years experience OR Master's preferred and 6+ years experience.
Experience should include 5 years managing a project ideally within the government contracting sector
Familiarity with U.S. Government and intelligence operations
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Proficiency or academic background in foreign languages or linguistic studies highly valued
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing risk in program environments
Working knowledge of government contracting regulations and compliance
Agile program experience and comfort with evolving requirements
Understanding of international issues and cultural dynamics
Location & Travel
Occasional CONUS travel required within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA)

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
