n-of-custody records** and destruction logs to ensure full accountability.
Follow and enforce destruction schedules, internal controls, and safety protocols.
Support audits, security inspections, and material control reviews related to destruction activities.
Safely store and transport materials within restricted areas or SCIFs (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities).
Coordinate with Facility Security Officers (FSOs), Material Managers, and Security Representatives to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
Train and mentor new personnel on proper procedures for secure material handling and destruction.
Assist with material control tasks such as inventory reconciliation, packaging, labeling, and classified media disposition.
Basic Qualifications
TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of relevant experience in materials management, warehousing, or production planning.
Working knowledge of:
Ability to interpret engineering specifications and production schedules to determine raw material needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for coordination within teams and across departments.
Ability to work independently under limited supervision and solve moderately complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proficiency with Materials Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Experience in material selection based on performance, cost, and production requirements.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with lean inventory or just-in-time (JIT) practices.
Basic understanding of safety and regulatory standards in warehouse environments.
