• Provide engineering support during construction, including post-construction reviews to ensure all applicable engineering and construction standards have been met (NESC).

• Conduct engineering root cause analysis if any changes are made.

• Travel to sites as needed, perform inspections and communicate required designs to the internal team to enter it into the systems.

Background Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of eight (8)+ years of experience with electrical construction experience, or with an electric utility or design consultant with design experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

• Experience with and understanding of electric utility design standards and requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing setting

• Strong Written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in outdoor environments, as some field conditions may vary

• This role requires a valid US driver's license as local and regional travel is required

• Experience leading commercial design-build projects preferred
