    Position summary

    lls to support energy efficiency projects as part of our Program team.

    Location: The ideal candidate would need to be located in Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area or near Waco Texas. Customer site visits are required (around 1 - 5 visits per month) and will range in areas including Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Tyler, and Midland Texas.

    The Opportunity:

    • Work within our Leidos program team to help business customers identify efficiency opportunities, calculate energy savings, and estimate utility incentives

    • Maintain customer relationships to influence project development

    • Work closely with facility managers, facility and manufacturing engineers, and energy engineers to encourage energy efficiency practices in their facilities

    • Develop relationships with vendors to keep up to date on energy efficiency technologies and practices

    • Provide effective organization and communication for program delivery

    • Perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures

    What Sets You Apart:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical degree with four plus (4+) years of relevant experience in energy management with industrial manufacturing and/or commercial environments

    • Or, a Masters' degree in Engineering or related technical degree with two plus (2+) years of relevant experience in energy management with industrial manufacturing and/or commercial environments

    • Must be able to utilize initiative to develop relationships with customers, vendors, and professional organizations to keep up to date and demonstrate knowledge of operational trends, energy efficiency technologies, practices, and regulations in electric and natural gas demand side management.

    • Excellent written and verbal communications are essential.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required.

    • It is critical that productivity and accuracy be demonstrated in performance of work.

    • This position requires a valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures.

    You Might also have:

    • Seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience in energy management with industrial manufacturing and/or commercial environments

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
