Ensure all systems are fully tested and ready prior to meetings
Train executive support staff on AV systems and collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams and WebEx
System Maintenance and Technical Operations
Perform preventive maintenance and regular system updates
Troubleshoot AV equipment including DSPs, codecs, cameras, microphones, control systems, and displays
Maintain AV-specific laptops and dedicated conferencing PCs
Assist with physical setups, including equipment placement and cable management
Work in partnership with IT and facilities to resolve issues and improve system uptime
Maintain SOPs, quick reference guides, and room-specific documentation
Customer Service and Collaboration
Respond quickly and professionally to urgent support needs and last-minute changes
Support the Video Operations Center with escalations, recording requests, and training
Collaborate across AV, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless delivery of executive support
Proactively identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutions
Basic Requirements:
High school diploma with 3+ years of AV experience
Minimum 2 years in a client-facing AV role supporting professional environments
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms
Familiarity with room scheduling platforms such as EMS
US citizenship is required and is eligible to obtain a Secret-level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting executives or corporate conference centers
Experience with Crestron Flex, Polycom, Cisco, QSC, or Biamp systems
AVIXA CTS, Crestron, or Microsoft Teams Room certifications
Familiarity with IP networks and AV over IP configurations
Ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure
Experience in hotel, hospitality, or IACC-certified conference centers
Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required for executive offsite events
Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times
Role may include physical tasks such as lifting, cable routing, and room reconfiguration

Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00
