    Position summary

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including technical input and documentation

    • Conduct continuous monitoring and real-time security assessments for AFJWICS systems

    • Enforce cybersecurity policies under the direction of PACAF ISSM, CISO, and SSO

    • Provide initial troubleshooting for PKI certificates and multi-factor authentication tokens

    • Deliver ISSO orientation and training to SCIF personnel supporting operations

    • Participate in cybersecurity meetings and working groups led by PACAF ISSM

    • Draft and review Security Impact Analyses (SIAs) for system modifications

    • Process Change Requests (CRs) through the PACAF Configuration Management Board (CMB)

    • Maintain security documentation and artifacts required for Authorization to Operate (ATO)

    • Collaborate with the SSO to respond to cybersecurity incidents and implement corrective actions

    • Manage SCI user accounts, including timely deactivation of inactive accounts

    • Conduct self-assessments and contribute to Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for failed controls

    • Maintain strong communication and customer service with internal and external stakeholders

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or related discipline with 8+ years of related experience. Additional experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute degree requirement.

    • US Citizen; Currently possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance

    • Solid understanding of NIST RMF and DoD cybersecurity policies

    • IAM Level II certification (e.g., CAP, GSLC, or equivalent)

    • Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT Systems, or related field

    • 5+ years of experience in C4ISR, IT, or IA-related roles

    • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) IT Security Controls

    • Understanding of USAF operations and the Pacific Theater

    • IAM Level III certification (e.g., CISSP) is a plus

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
