    Position summary

    esponsibilities**

    • Assemble and integrate prototype electro-mechanical systems.

    • Develop and implement verification and validation test plans.

    • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of systems to ensure optimal performance.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system design and functionality.

    • Document test results and prepare reports for stakeholders.

    • Additionally, the I&T Engineer will support demonstration testing in a field environment.

    Basic Qualifications

    Candidate must have good organizational skills, attention to detail and work well as a key member of a team often tasked to be highly responsive and agile in order to satisfy critical program needs.

    The candidate must have experience in the following areas:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

    • Minimum of 8 years of proven hands-on experience in an integration and test environment or 6+ years with MS degree.

    • Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, specifically in power and communication systems.

    • Proficiency in integrating and testing complex electro-mechanical systems.

    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    • Experience with electrical-power systems, including power electronics, power control systems, and thermo-fluid systems.

    • Experience testing systems in both a lab and a military range environment.

    • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system integration and testing.

    • Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing methodologies.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and optimize complex systems.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

    • Active security clearance

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
