    Position summary

    • Maintain conference room A/V systems, including monitors, video walls, and projection systems.

    • Maintain and update inventory of video equipment, ensuring all components are operational and available.

    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior video technicians and support staff.

    • Stay current with emerging video technologies, standards, and production techniques through continued training and self-development.

    Basic Qualifications

    • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Less than 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, IT systems integration, or a related role.

    • Foundational knowledge of system administration, hardware/software installation, and network configurations.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments and common enterprise software tools.

    • Basic understanding of troubleshooting and technical problem-solving techniques.

    • Ability to follow standard procedures and apply basic principles, theories, and concepts within a defined technical scope.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of explaining processes and simple analysis to peers.

    • Willingness to work on-site and travel between locations within area of responsibility as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Internship or hands-on experience supporting IT systems in a professional or academic setting.

    • Exposure to or working knowledge of configuration management, systems integration, and document control practices.

    • Familiarity with installing and configuring networking devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

    • Experience using ticketing systems or service desk platforms for issue tracking and resolution.

    • Understanding of technical documentation and ability to contribute to procedural improvements.

    • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team and take guidance from senior technical staff or supervisors.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00
