    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead cost volume development, including narrative writing, creation of cost exhibits, and financial documentation, to ensure all customer submittals are compliant with internal, federal, and solicitation requirements,

    • Lead proposal cost volume teams through collaboration with each functional area including contracts, subcontracts & procurement, capture management, finance, and technical estimators to produce of a fully compliant, complete, compelling, and awardable cost proposals,

    • Participate in proposal development and compliance meetings, such as pricing strategy discussions, price-to-win and risk reviews, bid / no-bid decisions, and various compliance reviews,

    • Develop detailed pricing models to provide analysis and create the final customer deliverables using advanced Excel skills.

    • Prepare pricing files in accordance with company policies and RFP instructions, participate in cost and pricing peer reviews of customer pricing submittals, cost volume narratives, and supporting pricing files.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in cost volume development and government contract pricing analysis. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

    • Experience in all aspects of proposal development, pricing strategy, government contracting, and an understanding of various contract types (Cost-Plus, FFP, T&M, GSA, IDIQ, etc.)

    • Possess a good working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS, DCMA/DCAA as well as government finance principles and basic estimating methodologies

    • Ability to support pricing and narrative development through the full life cycle of the proposal process, beginning with pre-solicitation strategies through post-award analysis with the understanding some evening and weekend work may occasionally be required

    • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of pricing tools and templates

    • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to build pricing models using lookups and pivot tables, and handle large/complex data sets

    • Must be internal and external customer focused and possess professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and thrive in a faced-paced deadline driven environment

    • U.S. Citizenship is required

    • Must be able to acquire TS/SCI clearance

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Current Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred

    • Advanced degree/certification (MBA, NCMA, ICEAA, etc.) a plus

    • Deltek ProPricer experience is highly desirable

    • Experience with commercial business models

    • Experience with international proposals

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
