    Key Responsibilities:

    • Network Support: Provide support and coordinate responses to network outages, ensuring quick and thorough resolution.

    • System Administration: Support approximately 50 CISCO network devices across multiple security domains.

    • Daily Operations: Maintain daily operations, monitor performance, and resolve issues to ensure optimum system performance and availability.

    • Troubleshooting: Isolate and troubleshoot network outages, perform event notifications, and work on customer network issues and faults.

    • Collaboration: Assist with departmental and cross-functional projects to improve network performance and reliability.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of practical Network Administration experience in LAN technologies. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    • Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 30 days of offer acceptance.

    • CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date.

    • Proficiency with TACACs+, data packet capture, traffic analysis, and vulnerability analysis and remediation.

    • Proficient in configuring CISCO devices using: EIGRP, BGP, SNMP, TCP/IP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, ARP, dot1Q, VLANs, VPN, GRE, IPSEC, subnetting, NAT, access control lists, and various other routing and networking protocols.

    • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of teams, customers, and service providers.

    • Thorough knowledge of the OSI model and multi-protocol routing, including VRF, VPN, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, VPLS, and VPRN.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
