The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a OSINT Analyst to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the INDOPACOM J2 JIOC mission. In this mission we provide direct intelligence support to all forces assigned to the USINDOPACOM commander. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

OSINT Analyst Responsibilities:
Conducting all-source analytic production on information from public, private, and government open source materials, analyzing trends and patterns to address defense intelligence requirements.
Researching and developing a written Research Support Plan (RSP) for Level 2 OSINT Collectors.
Providing tradecraft expertise to Level 2 collection efforts to maximize signature reduction.
Advising on the scoping and development of Essential Elements of Information (EEI) tied to USINDOPACOM J2 Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
Conducting Level 2 OSINT tasks under guidelines established by USINDOPACOM JIOC.
Advising the Red Team on management, execution, planning, resourcing, and policy development of the USINDOPACOM OSINT initiative.
Providing structured analytic assessments of target social networks to illuminate and identify critical nodes to meet EEI requirements.
Clearance Required:
Current TS/SCI Clearance.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelors degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Experience supporting USINDOPACOM.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
