    Position summary

    T Instructor to provide OSINT related training and instruction onsite at our customer. This opportunity is in anticipation of a contract award that is expected this month!

    What you'll be doing:

    • Instruct collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) via use of OSINT tools.

    • Instruct the exploitation of social media and public accessible databases.

    • Instruct the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of open-source intelligence information in support of objectives related to force protection, counterterrorism, counternarcotics, and other areas of the Customer mission.

    • Instruct on how to Respond to Requests for Information.

    • Provide input to curriculum development for OSINT training requirements.

    • Provide support to operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customer.

    What does Leidos need from me?

    • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance required.

    • 10 plus years of demonstrated intelligence experience with a BA/BS degree or 11 plus years of experience with an AS degree or 12 plus years of experience with a high school diploma.

    • Experience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to the Berber Hunter Tool Kit applications (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel).

    • Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media.

    • Prior military or government analytical training (e.g., all source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT).

    • Experience training individuals.

    Favorable if you have:

    • Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA OS1, FBI OS101).

    • Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the Department of Defense (DoD).

    • Foreign language capabilities of 2+/2+ DLPT or better (Language to be determined by the government post-award)

    • Knowledge of scripting languages and technologies, including Python, Java, R Script, and JEMA.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
