Responsibility for administrating the Pre-Award Technical Scope of Supply and detailing the Acceptance Criteria.
Detailing the proposal Risk Statements and validating the Risk Mitigation Strategies
Validating the Basis of Estimate based on project past performance and current execution strategies
Reviewing Supplier Technical Scope of Supply proposals to ensure the Basis of Estimate aligns with customer Request for Quotation / Request for Proposal contractual detail.
Analysing Cash Flow Forecast based on Supplier and customer milestones.
Generate detailed Program Execution Plans in Microsoft Project including resource profile requirements and loading.
Reviewing and approving contractual proposal documents and ensuring key contract clauses for Scope of Supply, Acceptance Criteria and commercial offer are reviewed and validated before formal submission.
Post Award resource management and Technical Execution oversight
Quality control on technical deliverables according to contractual standards and requirements
Effective resource allocation whilst maintaining the project timing requirements
Program Execution Quality Management System oversight and Reporting in line with Leidos policies and procedures
Maintain Program Execution Policies and documentation to generate performance reporting for monthly reviews.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills who has:
Red Program Recovery - From analysis to acceptance.
Proven track record in successfully delivering projects or task work packages in Automotive Body in White Projects.
Able to demonstrate extensive experience in Project Management on Automotive Controls and Tooling Projects internationally.
Strong technical experience in Automation and Controls.
Good interpersonal skills and judgement for dealing with both internal and external stakeholders to develop strong working relations to support achieving objectives.
Ability to engage and work within a multi-functional programme team comprising both customer, supplier and internal staff with an awareness of engineering principles.
Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of business, finance and personnel management techniques and the commercial aspects of projects.
The ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively.
Excellent communication skills, including e-mail, presentations and reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Projects and Track Record of detailed planning and resource profiling.
