Primary Responsibilities.
Identify and flow down quality requirements to suppliers
Ensure suppliers and subcontractors have established quality management systems and operate in accordance with program requirements
Initiate and track supplier corrective action activity
Maintain approved supplier list and manage supplier ratings
Basic Qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of prior relevant experience; or master's with three (3) years of prior relevant experience
2+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects
In depth working knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
Experience in performance of quality audits, root cause analysis and test witnessing
Continuous improvement experience in leading innovative changes
US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials to access military installations
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project)
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications.
Certified Lean Six-Sigma Green or Black Belt
Formal auditor training
Experience in a hardware development and/or manufacturing environment

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
