Senior Program Manager

s a Matrixed Organization this position requires the candidate: - To interface with the Functional Management team to identify staffing, manage project schedules, and maintain labor budget budgets. - To work with Internal Leidos Security, Global Mobility and the Leidos International Risk Team to establish and manage a global Ex-Pat workforce, if required. - To maintain a flexible work schedule as required to support international meetings and manage an international workforce.

Support Global Ship Design Management with Proposal and Capture Management

• Work directly with Leidos Contracts and Procurement Staff to research potential subcontractors to gather inputs and quotes for proposals

• Full scope development of capture products, from write-ups to pricing

• Export Control management of proposal international subcontractors and partners

• Research and develop new business opportunities and support gate reviews

Education & Experience Required:

BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience. Degree must be in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Ocean Engineering (or closely related).

Specific experience in Ship Design is required for this role.

Highly Desired:

Construction Oversight and civil project management.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
