    Position summary

    am scheduling business rhythms, developing baseline schedules and associated artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule.

    • Strong communications skills with the ability to work with the functional areas to identify and maintain all schedule tasks and dependencies.

    • In conjunction with the Project Manager, and with input from the cross-functional team, generate, publish and maintain an accurate Master Schedule showing the tasks required to deliver on-time, per customer requirements and milestones.

    • Develop and maintain linkages, dependencies and inter-dependencies with related projects.

    • Ensure internal and external dependencies are documented and tracked for risk management.

    • Identify and generate a portfolio report of major milestones, decision points, project life-cycle and other project

    • Identify critical path and task dependencies.

    • Set and maintain the baseline schedule.

    • Perform 'what if' scenarios within the schedule.

    • Develop schedule version control processes.

    • Generate schedule reports based on planned vs actual dates.

    Basic Qualifications.

    • Must possess an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance

    • Typically requires a BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

    • Advanced expertise using Microsoft Project

    • Must possess an understanding of advanced scheduling theory (e.g., PASEG) including experience with:

      • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) architecture (e.g., WBS or IMP based)
      • schedule status processes
      • schedule health assessment (e.g., 14-Point Analysis)
      • resource loading/management
      • Baseline Change Control and IMS configuration management.
      • schedule execution metrics (BEI, CEI, CPLI, finish variance, etc.)
      • Critical Path Method (CPM) and Margin/Float management
    • Must be an independent thinker capable of working proficiently independently as well as within a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience using tools like Microsoft Project, Structured Solutions Inc. (SSI) Tools for Microsoft Project, and Monte Carlo Analysis tools.

    • Advanced Excel skill set including Power BI, pivot tables, macros, lookup tables

    • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

    • Scheduling Professional (SP) certification

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
