am scheduling business rhythms, developing baseline schedules and associated artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule.
Strong communications skills with the ability to work with the functional areas to identify and maintain all schedule tasks and dependencies.
In conjunction with the Project Manager, and with input from the cross-functional team, generate, publish and maintain an accurate Master Schedule showing the tasks required to deliver on-time, per customer requirements and milestones.
Develop and maintain linkages, dependencies and inter-dependencies with related projects.
Ensure internal and external dependencies are documented and tracked for risk management.
Identify and generate a portfolio report of major milestones, decision points, project life-cycle and other project
Identify critical path and task dependencies.
Set and maintain the baseline schedule.
Perform 'what if' scenarios within the schedule.
Develop schedule version control processes.
Generate schedule reports based on planned vs actual dates.
Basic Qualifications.
Must possess an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance
Typically requires a BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
Advanced expertise using Microsoft Project
Must possess an understanding of advanced scheduling theory (e.g., PASEG) including experience with:
Must be an independent thinker capable of working proficiently independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using tools like Microsoft Project, Structured Solutions Inc. (SSI) Tools for Microsoft Project, and Monte Carlo Analysis tools.
Advanced Excel skill set including Power BI, pivot tables, macros, lookup tables
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
Scheduling Professional (SP) certification

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
