Primary Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and oversight of post-production verification and validation for delivered radar systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio-level test event coordination, aligning resources, test assets, and technical objectives across multiple programs.
Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies, schedules, and documentation in support of production, fielding, and sustainment milestones.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of test anomalies, collaborating with engineering, production, and customer teams to ensure rapid closure and continuous improvement.
Drive integration and alignment of test practices across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to streamline testing processes and share best practices.
Present test readiness reviews, test results, and technical assessments to senior leadership, program management, and external stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field plus12-15 years of experience in systems or test engineering with a strong background in radar systems, RF technologies, or complex defense hardware or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field plus10-13 years of experience in systems or test engineering with a strong background in radar systems, RF technologies, or complex defense hardware
Proven experience leading post-production or field test efforts, including planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrated success coordinating test efforts across multiple programs or product lines.
Strong technical writing, data analysis, and presentation skills.
Ability to interface effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, government customers, and senior leadership.
Must be a US Citizen and possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DoD acquisition lifecycle, test readiness processes, and field test logistics.
Familiarity with test tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python, or radar-specific test instrumentation.
Understanding of system integration, verification methodologies, and environmental testing protocols.
Experience supporting field tests at government ranges or proving grounds.

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
