    Position summary

    rs, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.

    • Apply project and earned value management (EVM) methodologies to monitor and report on performance.

    • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across multiple levels of the organization.

    • Provide leadership to a team of experienced professionals, promoting accountability and high performance.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

    • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the assigned programs and projects.

    Basic Qualifications

    • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.

    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

    • Proven experience in managing site-level programs or projects of high complexity.

    • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, program implementation, and resource management.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.

    • 10+ years of program or project management experience.

    • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

    • Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).

    • Prior experience with change management and strategic communication planning.

    • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
