    Position summary

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Develop, update and maintain document new and existing operating procedures, user guides, training materials and other documentation for the proper use of the test environment.

    • Develop and maintain new and existing administrative and management processes and documentation of the operation of the test environment.

    • Monitor the operation of the test environment to ensure users are meeting test objectives.

    • Conduct performance evaluations of the test environment.

    • Schedule and conduct technology refreshes, and other activities to ensure ongoing operation of the test environment.

    • Ensure test lab servers and workstations are updated and stay current with HHS standard versions and configurations.

    • Verify that only approved software and configurations are loaded onto approved lab hardware.

    • Perform daily back-ups of the test lab files.

    • Ensure the test environment continuously mirrors HHS requirements through its lifecycle.

    • Configure changes in the test lab as requested/required and verify that the changes comply with security policies and procedures and change management procedures.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and two (2) + years of prior relevant experience.

    • Demonstrated test plan and test report writing skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to develop, document and execute test plans and test reporting.

    • Experience with data collection and analysis to verify accuracy of test objectives met.

    • Experience with multiple areas including Server Operations, Endpoint, Platform and Test Lab.

    • Ability to liaise with, speak and present to personnel at all levels of the organization.

    • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management and delivery of required reports in accordance with formal contractual agreements

    Desired skills:

    • Experience with Server operations

    • Experience with M365

    • Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management (ITSM)

    • Agile and/or ITIL 4 Foundation certification

    • 508 Compliance Testing

    Clearance Required:

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust throughout the course of employment.

    Pay Range:
    Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
