Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (from a U.S. institution or from the country where the target language is spoken). Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of:
Proficiency in developing instructional materials customized for adult learners.
Familiarity with ILR Scale and current events and cultural developments in Turkish.
Language Testing Requirements:
Translation Test: 4 or higher.
Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI): 4/4/4 (Speaking/Listening/Reading).
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Clearance must be fully adjudicated before starting. Linguists can only begin work on contract with a fully adjudicated security clearance.

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
