• Develop documentation, diagrams, and test procedures in partnership with system and network engineers.

• Evaluate cost, risk, and long-term supportability of proposed solutions.

• Manage complex projects with autonomy and precision.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of relevant experience OR an Associate degree in a technical field and 12+ years of related experience.

• Background in communications, satellite systems, or DoD project management, particularly in UAV control and training systems.

• Experience with AFLCMC and USSOCOM aircraft program offices.

• Proven ability to lead rapid development and prototyping efforts.

• Must hold an current TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a UAS pilot or sensor operator, with instructor/evaluator credentials.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and aircraft communications systems.

• Hands-on experience solving challenges with OEMs and government program engineers.

Pay Range (USD):$104,650 - $217,350
