What You'll Do:

As part of LogicMonitor's quickly growing InfoSec team, you will be the face of our Security Field Enablement program, engaging with customers and prospects to build trust in our product and platform. You'll create customer-facing materials that promote security and explore creative initiatives to strengthen customer confidence.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to represent LogicMonitor's security stance.

  • Communicate with customers and prospects to complete risk assessments, RFPs, provide security collateral, and offer consultations.

  • Manage and update the security knowledge base and LogicMonitor trust center.

  • Analyze internal data to identify high-risk customers and collaborate with Customer Success to promote security best practices.

  • Develop resources to enhance cybersecurity awareness for customers and customer-facing staff.

  • Contribute to security field enablement programs to improve customer trust and engagement.

  • Create business process documentation to formalize security activities.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations, software development, or information security.

  • Familiarity with security compliance standards/frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of Linux/Unix/Windows OS, applications, and networking.

  • Basic knowledge of IaaS/PaaS solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Understanding of internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, etc.).

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$69,615 - $88,740 USD
