LogicMonitor is seeking a visionary Senior Director of AI Product Management to shape and lead the strategy, development, and execution of transformative AI-powered products and solutions. In this senior leadership role, you will drive innovation by defining the AI product roadmap and spearheading initiatives that deliver meaningful value to our customers and business.

Strategic Leadership

• Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning closely with company goals and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to prioritize AI-driven innovation that drives measurable business outcomes.
• Stay at the forefront of AI industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements to inform strategic decisions.

Product Development and Execution

• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI products, from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to identify, prioritize, and implement impactful AI/ML use cases that solve critical business problems.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into customer-centric product features, delivering clear value and usability.
• Establish and maintain frameworks to monitor the performance, quality, and impact of AI models in production environments.

Team Leadership and Mentorship

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of AI product managers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Set clear goals, provide guidance, and hold team members accountable to deliver on AI initiatives with precision and impact.

Customer-Centric Focus

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges and identify opportunities for AI to deliver transformative value.
• Champion ethical and responsible AI practices that prioritize fairness, transparency, and trust in every solution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a critical liaison between technical teams (engineering, data science) and business stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure alignment and execution of AI initiatives.
• Clearly articulate AI product goals, vision, and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders, fostering transparency and engagement.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

• Define, track, and optimize KPIs for AI products, including adoption rates, ROI, customer satisfaction, and AI model performance.

• Regularly present progress, impact, and insights from AI initiatives to leadership and the broader organization.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in AI/ML, Data Science, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years dedicated to AI/ML-powered products.

• Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and managing AI-driven solutions in dynamic, technology-focused environments.

• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI.

• Strong experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver innovative and impactful AI solutions.

• Proficiency with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS/GCP AI/ML services.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$230,000 - $256,000 USD
