Partners with the brand advertising manager to have complete understanding of the Integrated Communications Brief, the goals the creative needs to achieve and to lead the creative teams to develop successful work
Lead point of contact for timelines and providing solutions for how we can address timing concerns
Works with and supports the brand advertising manager to provide actionable and supportive feedback to our creative team that is grounded in ensuring we are aligned to the strategy and always pushing the creative boundaries to stay ahead of the competition
Works closely with cross functional teams like .com, brand marketing, media, social/influencer, partnerships, and others to execute a 360 omni-channel experience
Support the Brand Engagement team in ensuring that all work aligns to our Brand Tone and Style Guide
Consistently stay connected and up to date on creative and advertising trends as well as our competitive set
Works closely with marketing operations on program timelines, review meetings and drive overall success of each program
• Works closely with external creative agency to build solid working relationship, drive our timelines, partner on feedback, and support the creative team when questions or concerns arise

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field and 3-5 Years Overall marketing experience
1-2 Years Strong business acumen and experience running a P&L and/or working alongside P&L owners
1-2 Years Leadership experience
1-2 Years Experience writing strategic briefs and working cross-functionally and leading brand marketing or integrated teams
1-2 Years Experience leading brand or category work at a retailer or CPG company
Preferred:
1 Year Creative Agency experience
